Plans are currently underway for The Compassionate Friends ninth annual Walk to RememberŪ at 8 a.m. EST July 20, 2008, the final day of the National Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. The Walk to Remember is a highlight of each conference. Last year well over 1,000 people walked in memory of a special child and the names of more than 10,000 children were carried, many forwarded to the National Office from families across the country and carried by volunteers. Watch this area for information on this program as it becomes available.

TCF also last year held its second "Friends Asking FriendsŪ" program where families can build a memorial website designed to help raise funds in support of TCF's national and chapter programs. This was an unqualified success as dozens of memorial websites were created. You can participate even if you are not able to attend the conference. Please check back for updated information as it becomes available.
