Toms River - Children's Memorial Garden Directions: The entrance to the park is off Oak Ridge Parkway at the intersection with Whitesville Road. Turn south from Indian Head Road and make the first left turn into the park. There is a large wood sign that says 'Winding River Park' and you will see The Compassionate Friends logo on the sign. Follow the signs to the garden
